| Mandela Flower Hooded Top (and Skirt under bust: 17" across 34" around underarm to hem: 15" (model/dressform: 33" bust) Size XS*S I created this top out of a cotton mandela adorned fabric. The hood is fully lined and there are ties in the back to help make the top slightly adjustable.
