I created this skirt out of soft cotton denim *look* fabric and accented with high quality quilters fabrics. My friend Kate and I decided we were going to create an owl piece~check out her goodies at intergalacticrose.com.
The owl on the skirt is a Pueblo Owl, owls are many times celebrated for their wisdom, courage and foresight. The Pueblo Owl is most times seen in different pottery pieces. The applique is full of detail. There is a a pioneer braid pocket on the side and a ruffle completing the skirt.
